He ended up getting a very bad parasite and passing awayAny update pics mate?
Thank you appreciate it , it happened all of a sudden and none the other fish in the tank were affected very strangeAh mate, that’s rough. Sorry to hear
I dont want to breed them i want nothing to do with breeding anything i was just asking if they could because i have a female Festae and i see TUIC is selling a pairMax size is thought to be similar to festae., around 15".
I have not found to be quite as aggressive as festae, but similar to festae they tend to be the only cichlid in their habiitat, so similar to other loner type cchlids, such as festae, M beanii, N haitiensus, expecting ythem to live communially at maturity might be a stretch, and a risky situation .
Why would anyone want to dilute the gene pool of such a rare find?
Though I do not know of anyone who has ever crossed the two, it would certainly be possible being they are both Mesoheros. So it would be best to keep them separate. Also, I listed the pair on Friday and they sold over the weekend and are no longer available. Sorry.I dont want to breed them i want nothing to do with breeding anything i was just asking if they could because i have a female Festae and i see TUIC is selling a pair
