*sigh* not what I meant...So do I! Season to taste, then leave in the oven until internal temperature is 150F. Calms 'em right down.

I absolutely rest my case! Not exactly Elmer Fudd, though strikingly close. If Elmer Fudd happens to have a long lost brother.....then you're him for sure! There's nothing "daft" about my chiseled good looks when I venture afield!
You haven't been here that long. Stick around and you'll soon discover that occasionally the topics of conversation can change at an alarming pace in some threads, especially when me and Elmer Fudds long lost brother are involved in them, lol.How has this discussion gone from the weather to dangerous rabbits
To clarify...normally a thread flies off the tracks and into the weeds when Esox descends upon it; there's no way to tell in which direction he will cause it to veer, or how far off course it will go.You haven't been here that long. Yep...jinxed for sure...This whole global warming thing seems to be working out well in NJ - pretty mild so far with a few really cold days, but now that I’ve said it it’s gonna get real cold.
"Utilising my typically haphazard train of thought, I grab hold of the thread by the horns and finish off what Esox started, and send it right down the pan once and for all, even though Esox tries his blighty best to get it back on its original sensible path."In my typically thoughtful and sharply-focused manner, I then try to gently guide it back onto its original trajectory.
I think a more accurate picture of what happens would be jjohnwm posts in a discussion and then exo replies to whatever it is, and then they elaborate on some aspect of the debate, and then they go on tangents, dragging whoever was unfortunate (or fortunate) to be in the discussion. Finally, the discussion turns into a heated debate about the tangent, and eventually forgotten and lost into the threads of time.To clarify...normally a thread flies off the tracks and into the weeds when Esox descends upon it; there's no way to tell in which direction he will cause it to veer, or how far off course it will go.

Yep...jinxed for sure...
And now...Esox chimes in from the dim drizzle of his dreary little island, twisting my words into:To clarify...normally a thread flies off the tracks and into the weeds when Esox descends upon it; there's no way to tell in which direction he will cause it to veer, or how far off course it will go...In my typically thoughtful and sharply-focused manner, I then try to gently guide it back onto its original trajectory.
Do you see it? Is the truth now finally visible?"Utilising my typically haphazard train of thought, I grab hold of the thread by the horns and finish off what Esox started, and send it right down the pan once and for all, even though Esox tries his blighty best to get it back on its original sensible path."
Yep, it's official, jjohnwm has officially, bonafide, 100% lost it. LOLOh. My. God.
I just had an epiphany of earth-shattering proportions. The fog has lifted; the truth shines out like a beacon, laser-focused and star-bright. All confusion is wiped away; it's so obvious!
Observe:
First, here's my comment from a few posts back:

Esox is an AI Chatbot! A sophisticated, latest-generation model, to be sure, but still...an artificial entity!
How could I have been so blind all this time? How could I not see it?
The horror...the horror...
