My male endlicheri (10.5") is trying to mate with my female lapradei (14") and he's already nipped her tail. He always follows her around and harassing her. Is there anything I can do to stop this? And will her tail grow back?

You can wait until male settles down or separate.
The tail fin will grow back only If not bitten down to the flesh.
It's usually happened when male is ready to breed but female dosent.
The best way will be separating or do a big water change so male can stop it by bit of stress.
