Well, I think your problem has been figured out...you have all of those same fish in the tank, half of which shouldn't even go together. Definitely split those fish up into different tanks and see how things go. I would seriously reccomend putting the goldfish in their own tank, the same for the crayfish. How many tanks do you have?
sorry for late reply had to do something
i have 4 unused large fish tanks 800L display tank' 200L 350L 250L 4 foot tanks and 2 small tanks 60L and 80L 2 foot
have a another small 400 litre 6 foot with my breeding electric yellow cichlid colony but heater i only have 1 300 watt heater and 2 50 watts rn its summer in australia water in all the tanks where there are dont normally hit under 20C in the night should have heaters before summer ends

10% waterchange once a month...
How are you controlling nitrates
10 to 40% water change 1 once a month
that level is normally close to 10 ppm believe its preferred below 50 ppm
my tape water and all water i get normally is fine with all other stuff but Genral hardness that always 300 ppm i tried finding ways to lower it 5 years ago but gave up until last week =/

I would highly reccomend using those tanks to split up your stock accordingly. Bare minimum goldfish and crayfish should have their own tanks.
