Hi, I have a two inch electric blue jack dempsey and he seems to have one bulging eye and both eyes are very cloudy. He hasnt eatin for two days until just about an hour ago. He just ate a bunch.He on and off twirls when he swims in a downward motion other than that fine. I did a massive 70-80 % water change yesterday. Any thoughts?

That sounds like an injury resulted in popeye + a bacterial infection.
I’d dose an antibiotic like kanaplex or maracyn in a qt (generally not a good idea to use an antibiotic in the display tank).

Yes hes with an angelfish, three blue gouramis, 4 lil tetras and a pleco. He has been out for the most part since he finally ate last night which is a big improvement.

Okay, ill do that. Hes having trouble seeing alot, especially his tiny lil pellets. His eyes arent cloudy anymore they’re back to brown which is good
