Well, tried to watch the second Aquaman movie(eventhough I didn't care for the first one) and I turned it off after about fifteen minutes as I just can't take that corny Mamoa guy....the only thing he was any good at was in his short role in Game of Thrones.
I don't have much time for him to be honest, but I once watched a drama on Netflix which ran for three seasons called "Frontier". It was about the fur trade in the 1700's. It was a great show and he was in it, possibly one of his earlier roles. Anything he's been in since I haven't cared for much.

I think it was around this time last year when someone mentioned a film called "Prey". Basically it was the Predator against some Indian tribesman, and woman! It was quite a good film.

Well, on my newsfeed earlier today there was a mention of "Prey 2" coming out this year sometime. I'll be looking forward to that one.

Yeah,I didn't care for that either, couldn't get with the idea of a primitive damsel outwitting the advanced weaponry and killing prowess of an otherworldly being.....so,while I do try to enjoy the Predator films I am not excited about this upcoming installment.

I was recommended that show by a friend months ago. I tried it out, maybe watched 3 episodes or so, and give up on it!! I just couldn't get into it at all.

I'm currently watching Breaking Bad, again, this'll be my third time, lol. That show is the pinnacle of television viewing, imo obviously, there's no accounting for taste.

Maybe not the absolute pinnacle, IMHO, but it's certainly in the top 5 or 10% for me as well. While snooping around looking for a series that I and my wife can enjoy together, we came across Breaking Bad and I was effusive in my praise; I had watched it alone while away on job sites, but she'd never seen it. I was happy to dive into it again...but she hated it! Huh??? I was able to coerce her through the first couple episodes and then she flat-out quit. I couldn't believe it.

Mind you, this is the same woman who watched and loved Peaky Blinders for the first half-dozen episodes...and then lost interest!

So we currently share a few brainless fluff things like Monk; I tried to get her interested in Dexter, but no luck. We share the guilty pleasure of Archer.

I'm quite looking forward to the new upcoming season of Alone; love that show! :)
