Just started watching "Landman" on Prime. Billy Bob Thornton plays the lead role. It's about the oil industry and is very good so far. There's only one season up to now (10 episodes).
To me it has a very similar vibe to "Yellowstone". If it turns out to be half as good as Yellowstone it'll be well worth it.
