Finally set up my 1200lt/300G Eel tank

Still cycling but I’m happy with the layout so far. Plants are temporary just to aid the cycle a bit as the nitrites are still high.

Most of the boulders and drift wood I scavenged from a seasonally dried creek close by.

Only issue I’m having is the curl or spider wood is not sinking and oozing a weird gel. And there were a few broken facade glass panels cracked when it was delivered and I didn’t have any kind of insurance as I did everything myself to reduce costs, a lesson I’m learning was not worth it.
