The pattern looks like Synodontis ornatipinnis. But the head shape in the first picture is strange.
Agree with ornatipinnis; I think that first fish just has a deformed head. Not too uncommon in hormone-bred farm-raised fish. The other fish in the third photo have normal faces, as far as I can tell.
