Is my flowerhorn sick and what’s the best way to treat him?

My flowerhorn seems perfectly healthy and is eating normally but I started to see white patches on its head this morning. It definitely wasn’t there last night. I did a 20-30% water change maybe 2 days back. Can someone help me identify what’s wrong and how I can treat it asap. Couldn’t really get a proper picture cuz he never stops moving but I hope this works.

Could have scratched itself against some decor.

I don’t really have any decor in the tank except for the gravel and the filter(if that counts as decor). I guess he does bump his head into the glass all the time but is there any way I can make sure?

Hard to make out. Maybe a scrape. Monitir for now. Seen these scrapes get really bad in flowerhorns. Would dab the area with methylene blue. Post your water parameters if you can check your water.

I agree it looks like a scrape/injury. It could have bashed against the glass or hood. It would be good to have an antibiotic on hand in case it worsens.
