Is this giant gourami healthy? What are those red dots on its skin?

Can it be healed? Or is it a serious illness?
Water changes and antibiotics if it’s bacterial. If it’s viral then water changes and hope it gets better. Septicemia is serious.

Don't wanna doubt your knowledge kno4te kno4te but the seller told me they are just marks which occurred due to a fight.
It’s just a suggestion. I don’t take offense. Take the fish at your discretion if you choose.

The problem is this fish needs to be rescued. Its been living in this 75 gallon tank for years now. The seller offered me a low price on the condition that it gets a new, large home.
He also told me that not even half of the guys who offered him to buy the fish had such large ponds like you. So i am considering rescuing it.

If you do obtain the fish. Then quarantine immediately and provide clean water and hopefully all clears up.

UPDATE:
I have decided not to buy this fish. I don't have a quarantine tank to properly quarantine it and the only place i had was the 500 gallon pond. Hopefully the GG finds a large, fine home.
Thanks for all the help kno4te kno4te
