Still hard to make out but the fungus maybe from a secondary infection. I’d dose some furan2 and kanamycin. Think it could be early columnaris. Increase your water changes to 50% twice a week for now. Adjust meds with the water changes.

Yea, like i said, this phone is terrible with taking pictures. I appreciate the advice though. My LFS should be open tomorrow so I'm gonna see if he has those medications.
Update: I believe I have the fungi in retreat. None of my other fish are sick and the ones who were showing signs are now cleared up. I'm gonna continue treating until this saturday. Medicine and water changes really helped. Just wish I had noticed sooner.
