I know it's rough to continue on after a major loss like this. But as the saying goes, you have to get back on that horse. You can't let a loss no matter how much it hurts to get you to lose interest in a hobby that brings so much joy to your life.

WOW!!! sorry for your loss its sux to lose a fish you've had raised from a 1in fry. My first Oscar passed after 6 years of having him.
But during those 6 years i visited many LFS and saw many fish that became my bucket list so i used that and got my first Red Devil and began a new chapter in keeping fish
