AROWANA UPSIDE DOWN!! PLEASE HELP!

I have a silver arowana...and from the morning my arowana was okay but few hours ago it suddenly lose its balance.i see a poop hanging out from its anus and it is breathing.
I changed 50% of its water and added ammonia remover and malachite green consulted by the local aquarium shops in my area. Please guys help me and what should I do to save my arowana....
I generally feed shrimps to it and remove the head and tail of shrimp and feed the meat part.

Do you have a photo? Maybe it jumped and hit its head or broke its back.

Aros are know jumpers, either your tanks parameters are not right or aro spooked and jumped and hurt itself.
You say aro had poop sticking out what color was the poop?

My condolences for your loss. But I just want to point out that adding medication without knowing what’s wrong with the fish can be a serious mistake. Did you know that malachite green is intended for treating parasites like ich and fungal infections? It has nothing to do with the symptoms your fish had at all.
