Last I remember, the forehead is usually located ABOVE the eyes.
AgreedHard to tell what it is, but looks more like some kind of growth or swelling caused by a disease.
This doesn't look like a nuchal hump to me, either. I don't think I've seen one forward of the eyes like this. With a non-naturally occurring variety such as the EBA, I suppose it's possible that another unnatural trait could emerge as well, but I haven't seen this on another EBA, either. I'd guess it might be a symptom of something else, not a nuchal hump.
Looks like infection trying to burst to me. Like a pimple. Males will get a steeper head (more vertical) than females but not a nuchal hump. That white spot is either infection coming out or an injury. Or a tumor.
