Question about electric eel

I just got this baby electric eel, he’s about 4 inches long. He’s been floating at the top of water and not doing much. He’s still alive, but I find this behavior unusual and I’m worried he’s not doing good. I’ve had him 3 days now and he hasn’t eaten yet. His temp is 80 and water parameters and good.

Nitrite 0
Ammonia 0

Post a pic. Are there are fish with it, how big is the tank, what are you feeding?

I would keep it alone in quarantine, do lots of water changes, dim lights, add hides, and add a bunch ghost shrimp for it to hunt until it’s eating well

He unfortunately passed away today. I had him quarantined. I think the stress of shipping was to much
