Have you tested your water?
No
If I did not test my water...
...I recognize that I will likely be asked to do a test, and that water tests are critical for solving freshwater health problems.
Do you do water changes?
Yes
What percentage of water do you change?
31-40%
How frequently do you change your water?
Every two weeks
If I do not change my water...
...I recognize that I will likely be recommended to do a water change, and water changes are critical for preventing future freshwater health problems.
I've fallen out of the hobby a little bit and can't remember everything off the top of my head anymore- does this look like an incoming tank-wide illness or some roughhousing ? I'll be taking a bit of water in for a check tomorrow.
The first photo is of the smallest bichir that is prone to some bullying, and the other 2 is of another thats a little bigger and generally left alone. There is one much bigger bichir that is usually the aggressor.
Smaller one has some bloody and torn up tail fins, bigger one has some fins on the back that don't really raise with the rest. Are the fins a little too pink for comfort ?

Sorry if this is dramatic and not much to worry about in reality- I'll be keeping an eye on it either way but I tend to be very anxious about illnesses.

That is definitely from biting had a aggressive endli given and it attacked the smaller endli. Torn finnlets with what looked like blood. Once I rehomed the aggressor I kept the water clean and the wounds all healed.
