I have a 4 bichirs that are having problems with my Oscar's and I have an empty 55 gallon will they be fine in here for life.

Species name and how many
1 Delhezi
1 or 2 moke (have not decided on how many to get).
1 Senegal

Thanks in advance.

What are the dimensions? I think most upper jaws like mentioned above can work but not 100% sure. Hao Hao and Caveden Caveden can give better advice.

I googled and found that 55g is 48x13x21 (LxWxH), I don't know if that's your tank dimension. For the most part, I think those bichirs would be fine but it'll be a tight fit for when they max out (if they get there). On average, delhezi will probably max out around 12"-14", Moke around 10"-12", and senegal around 10"-12" as well. Personally I'd try to find something wider so they can be bit more comfortable turning when they are maxed out. But for now as a growout, it's honestly fine.

I have a 75 gallon but it has a full grown Oscar in it
