Can a black skirt tetra be with an angelfish. Will the black skirts fin nip

I know a large mouth bass needs at least like a 8 ft tank but does a smallmouth need that much room. I was wondering if it could be in a 180 gallon tank

The gar is a bit big like twice size of arowona will it be fine to keep them together or to seperate.the tank is 90 gallon and when they do get big I will replace them to bigger tank.
