The North wall, & the stairs..

The tank will not actually be that close to the I beam, but I wanted to leave extra room, in case I need to raise the tank a few inches. The opening is 99x51 & the tank face will be 98x40...

For those who care, the stair wall is a floating wall, does not actually touch the floor to allow the stairs to flex.

Wow, that will be awesome. What kind of timeframe you have in your head for finishing it?

Working only weekends, the room in about a month (maybe two). Plus I am working with a 13yo so its a slow go, but a learning process for him, he is very excited, but not very focused.

Then the tank build, but the tank can not be waterproofed till summer.. too cold in NY before that...

Patience for all of us will be needed.. :nilly:

Killer plans bro. I really like how your doing this with your son. He may be slowing your plans down a bit but odds are good this will be something he remembers forever. I have an 11 y/o and a 6 y/o and will love to be able to do something like this with them. Cheers!
