I'd love to see it. Did you hear about Moose, the worlds biggest leo? He died not too long ago. Not too sure when. Ron Tremper has some of his offspring for sale.
I would go with the leo, as they are easily cared for and are pretty human-friendly, although you shouldn't hold him too much. It's ok every once in a while. Salamanders can be hard to feed if they aren't big, like tiger salamanders. What kind of sallies do you have around you?
You shouldnt pick up wild animals for keeping. I dont know about you, but I just think its wrong. For the enviornment, the animals sake, and YOURS. It could be illegal and doesnt stand a fiar chance of making it, and youll be throughouly pissed at yourself, beleive me.

Well, wild animals have to be taken at some point to make captive bred stock. If people thought like that a few decades ago, we wouldn't have leos or BD's or ball pythons(a little more recent).
