10" grammodes

Here's another shot of the one that's in Spaz's avatar (I just posted it in another thread, so it was handy). This fish is just over 10":

Here he is about half a year earlier. He's the same length, but you can see he isn't as bulky:

IMO the original fish in this post may very well be as big as claimed. Great specimen either way!

Nope, the estimated were off by a little bit. Mike's friend brought the fish on a 4 hour trip and Mike (MDH) dropped off the bucket on Friday night. The grammode was just a little larger than the 8" net I used to scoop him into his new home. We weer both surprised at how he immediately started to trying intimidate us. Very very outgoing so far!

I was going to order a wild adult male for $50 but I recently picked up 5 between 2-3". Seeing this thread is going to make me order a wild male anyways.
