1000 gal tank project

Awesome tank, gotta love it! I just watched the movie "Life in the 1000 gal part 2 ". And i couldnt help but notice the disk of one of the rays in the end, it was really beaten up, and i have\had something like that going on in one of my tanks aswell, dont you worry about it?

they worked hard and have only just left
i think they could have done a better job of the background but i have a little trick to hide the lines
im not sure if i want to cover the weirs with the back ground or not yet but i think i will just to finish it off and make it look a bit more natural

I just love your tank and wanted to know how long it took for them to make your tank?
I am planning to have a 12'x5'x34" glass tank made later this year.
Is the tank made using plain float glass?
I wanted to know if the glass is a little greenish?
