After 4.5 days the new system is up and running. Currently just running on the backup hammerhead pump, waiting on the manta ray to be delivered. I have 2 new 2" drains and 2 new 1.5" returns installed. The return lines are separate from the pump all the way to the tank with a 120 watt UV on each line. I ended up removing all my old mounting boards and making new ones to hold UVs and also the ozone and monitoring equipment. The bio tower and skimmer are both running great and the wash down system and timer is installed on the skimmer. I removed all of my live rock from the sump, I still have some in the display, but eventually would like to see it go aswell. I have around 800 lbs of good live rock if anyone is interested. I rearranged the rock in the display so I could place this huge 8 ft sunken ship Chris Hale found me. This thing looks amazing and made the whole project worth the work. Here are few pics of the system running, I still have to do some clean up work in the filtration room, run electrical lines etc.

Just waiting on a few things to arrive. Lights, New Ozone monitor, neptune apex, more hayward fittings and valves to plumb water change lines. should have everything by friday. I needed to do a big water change last weekend so i drained about 600 gallon out of the display, when I had the water out I went ahead and drilled a 2" hole in the back. now, when I want to do water changes all I have to do is walk behind tank and open a 2" valve to drain tank. Before I ahd to use a pump and run a hose which was a pain and always made a mess. Ill post some new pics as stuff starts to arrive. Here is a pic of the tank currently on my old T5 light.
