When your paid on a salary and they make you work extra hours constantly it's not worth it since your wage never changes I've been there and done that... refuse to work on salary anymore

Me still on salary... though perhaps one day ... if my private project is succesful then perhaps less need for salary, ey.

pay is not too bad, but i am away from home most of the time that is a bummer. I am lucky that we got maid at home that seem to share my fish keeping hobby and not just a chore (so she looks after my fishes very well in my absence)

The only down side for being in business for yourself is that you are constantly looking for more work... even when there is to much already LOL

sorry bout the jau necro. a real shame. they seem to be more sensitive compared to the other fish. i guess in a way in a bit of motivation to get the pond finished since a large pond will ensure great water quality for months on end. it will give u more peace of mind. hows the other fish? especially boy boy and the fila? fish updates needed!!!
