oh its getting some monster top braces. i'm excited to see that go in.
I've just got to get some wood for that. I'm getting some good quality lumber for that. This tank is like a giant puzzle and only I know how the pieces all fit in lol. The bracing should make sense after I start to put it in. I don't think it will take more than two days to do it though. Very little cutting.

Welcome to MFK, and thanks for making your first post on my thread. Stick around and enjoy the ride. If I can get the funds up I'll have this bad boy up and running soon.

Sorry to disappoint guys. No funding came through like I had hoped. Until then I can't do much. I'm going to see if I can't scrape up enough wood to at least get it to full length, then I will put it on the ground.:D Still shooting for this weekend for that. It's gonna be wild and scary. Going to get my wife to shoot a vid of me dropping it on the ground. Wonder how loud of a thud there will be from dropping it? Going to bring it down to 1' from the floor hopefully. Then drop it the rest of the way. I cleaned out from around the tank today and underneath it also. I can probably put the ply on the bottom tomorrow. Then saturday I can put it to the floor. :headbang2

Good news is I got an on the side job cleaning tanks for a few local businesses. Going to pay about $30 per hour, but none of their tanks should take more than an hour lol. They only want their tanks cleaned every other week.:screwy: Good news is I'll be redoing the inside of their tanks, and their filtration as well. Might even eventually get to do an addition to one tank.:naughty:
