Hey man u are truly gonna be a monsterfishkeepers legend when this is all set and done..... Good job Bro.... BTW u are right it is hard to find ID sharks that size and when there is one the owners do not want to let them go.... Mine is 6 inches about 6 months old any reccomendations on helping them grow faster...
Thanks Once again thanks for starting this thread
The one thing I've done to help mine start growing faster in the last couple of months is feeding them more often. I have to do tons of water changes, but it's worth it. I feed 2 to 3x per day, and water change at least once every 5 days or so.

How about an update on your beasties in transit?

I'll have to do an update on them later.

how many litres do you will use to paint it to make it water proof?
It will be about 10 gals of gel coat, not sure on the exact liters. Probably around 37 liters.

if you want interestin put 4000 Cons in there and wait a month then put the cats in. if there are hiding places then you may end up with an interesting balance where the cons would survive and breed possibly making a snack food base for the cats.
That would be awesome. I've heard that they breed like crazy, and grow fairly nice also. Unfortunately there's not going to be much of any place for them to hide. Trying to keep the maintenance down on this beast.
