Well my tanks is just 12' tall so i couldn't keep any plants. I'm planning to include a power head and some more rocks and scapes. Thanks for the picture
my tank is 12 inches tall as well, the tiger lillies do very well in this tank, I highly recommend if your interested in plants

really ? I though it at least 18'. I'm have to try figuring out which plant can tolerate tons of flow besde vallisneria

Also what are you using for substrate ? i'm planning to do Jbl Sansibar Orange and some "aqua soil" for plant

Nah, my tank is 12 high and 12 deep.
My group seem to be doing great in this size tank. There are some bn fry growing out with them and neo shrimps.
I also use a power head to push water around, it’s not crazy flow but it still allws plants to grow.

lace plants do well with high flow but not so much with high temps, I have one that isn’t growing or dying

I use fluval plant sand, it’s pretty pricy for a 15lb bag

May be i just go with ada/Seachem. Fluval is not quite popular in here.

I though you were talking about Fluval stratum lol
That’s what I had in my brain when I typed it but then thought nah that’s not it haha so I googled what I use. Sorry about the confusion

Thanks guys :) decided to go for a 35 gallon instead . I currently only have 5 1.5 inchers. Will be adding 2 more.
By the way are they sensitive to temperature
Fluctuations ? Also whats the lowest temp they will be ok with?
Planning to
Move them outdoors, i'm in a tropical country but water temp
Can go down to about 25 deg celcius during colder season.
