240 gal Rimless Reseal. Am I dumb?

So I stumbled across a 240 gallon red sea reefer 900xxl on marketplace for a song and a dance. The only problem? The rear seam is pulling apart for about the first 4". I have resealed many tanks before. The largest being a 75 gallon. I just have a few concerns.
1- Moving such a big tank. I have the harbor freight suction cups, the issue is they are only rated to 150 pounds. Which doesn't seem like enough to lift such a large tank. Should I risk using them?
2- I have no idea what I am doing for a rimless reseal. I have only resealed rimmed tanks where I can mess up the bead a bit and nobody will notice. Ive read through a few threads on here and watched some videos. But there seems to not be a lot of info on doing a tank this big.
3- These tanks are notorious for leaking at the seams. Im going to be using the ASI black silicone as it has the highest tensile strength of the silicones I looked at. Should I consider adding bracing? Either euro bracing or an additional piece of glass on the bottom?

Thanks for the help, hopefully I am able to get this bad boy up and running soon
