Idk i like my tanks to have a lot of fins in them so they look full, when theyre understocked they look empty to me but those tanks are just insane. some of those fish couldnt even turn around!! As far as im concerned if u can afford aros and pimas u should be able to afford a descent sized tank for them.

I think that is the worst I've seen.
And as far as the "Tokyo" style tanks, how would you ensure that all, 100%, of those fish got food at feeding time?
