You can't really tell those fish are thriving based on one crappy picture. There is probably more fish slime than actual water in those setups.
Agreed ^

dang neo those pics you put up on pg 5 are insane tht poor dat and pima
Why is this funny?

I don't get why everybody is admiring this. I personally think that overstocking is sick and NOT something that people should be drooling over. Just because he has like a jillion dollars (or yen or whatever) worth of fish doesn't mean that he was a good fish keeper. Some of those fish can't even turn around! :screwy:

But hey, to each his own. To me, severe overstocking = irresponsible, not cool.

Thought I saw these pics in some Asian Style Tank Thread
Anyway, to me overstocking is ok as long as fish is healthy and can move around.

I draw the line at 'framing' the fish in the tank though; as in the fish can't even turn.

Let people drool over what they want.

You say "to each his own" but then say it's sick, irresponsible and not cool.

Try as you might but you're never going to sway everyone to your way of thinking. Love it or hate it open up a Monster Fish Keepers book from japan and see what you'll see. Maybe that's just a coincidence. I thought it was on purpose. You need to live with the fact that there are different ideas of fishkeeping out there. And it's very hippocrytical to call one tank wrong and another right.
