I want to say she was 12"-13" when I got her(July/August 2013). I checked my chat with EG in January 2014. I sold it at 16".

She does not look stunted though. I'm sure she can still grow few more inches under your hand just might take awhile to grow. 16"-18" is the size where in my experience takes the longest to grow.
