mdstark, let me start out by saying I read 26 pages of your tank build , and all I could say is what a great job you have accomplished, great detail from the stand build to the finished product. Hope the baby is doing fine also. I have a couple of questions if you don't mind me asking.
I disassembled my 450 gallon tank due to air bubbles forming in the front fright seam,
I scraped off as much of the old silicone as I could, I tried rubbing alcohol,goo-gone, and Motsenbockers Lift Off. And I still have a very light haze of silicone remaining, Is it safe to use Acetone to remove the rest of the film that is left behind? (and do you think it would be safe for a saltwater tank) My next question is when I disassembled the tank I did not see any spacers like the ones you used, would you reccomend that I use them as well? And last but not least I read the dry time for the RTV108 and it says that it dries in 24 hours, you had mentioned that you waited over 4 weeks, is this because of the spacers and the thick layer of silicone between panels.
Thank You in advance and once again keep up the good work.

Awesome build!!!!.. quick questions..
~ Was this ur first stand build? and do you have any sort of carpentry backround before doing this..Just wondering because i would like to try but have no woodworking skills to speak of..thank you in advance..and great job!

that is a beautiful tank. I love that footprint.. Would make a great ray tank also with that kind of footprint.
