Did you leave a way to get to the bead tank/sand filter? It looks like it has been boxed in with plumbing and the other equipment. If so, when it comes time for backwashing, someone isn't going to be happy about crawling through all that to get in there.

Of course we left access to the filter for backwashing, Two boards on the deck above are removable so you can turn the handle from above.

That electric bill is going to be sick...But I guess if you can afford to put this monster tank in ur house, u can afford the high electric bill...
