Concur, Id like to build something similar with an acrylic window. Dow 758 is non toxic and will adhere to acrylic, same for 795 which is used commercially in public aquariums for this purpose. When I spoke with Dow Corning they didnt have data on how well either bonded with the polyurea surface. Since There appears to be some potential here I think some independent testing is in order.
