slight possible leak issue has sprung up (no pun intended at all :( )

about 2 thirds up the right hand side of the front panel i have a drip/trickle sometimes. been going on for couple of days. wasnt there yesterday but returned a bit tonight when i finished work, could be due to the top pvc covering not fitting tight and the condensation running between i small gap where the acrylic meets the front frame. there is obviously loads of silicone there but there are small pockets which look like, from inside, are harbouring a drop or two of moisture. i'm hoping that's all it is. oh bollo?ks, here we go again :( :( :(

cheers steve. i cant believe (well i hope not) that the fibre glass around the acrylic has failed, it was sanded thoroughly then applied layer after layer after layer, about three inches either direction out of the corners.

i sealed the outside of the panel to the oak, this is where the leak is, so i will cut the side out best i can and use a silicone that goes off when wet, for swimming pools etc. also gonna seal the gap on the top where the panel meets the frame, there's def water down in there but the amount that's pooled on the bottom of the frame seems too much for that to be the origin. oh dear oh dear.
