lol 9000, a bit excessive no? Especially on a frogfish. At the end of the day it's just another frogfish, but with different coloring.
yes, but I suppose it's a bargain compared to some Koi. I will stick to my $8 exodon.
I've seen a $3600 saltwater tang at my lfs, but never something that expensive, especially not a freshwater fish.
Someone on a recent ray thread was talking about a particular ray with a price tag of seventy thousand dollars.The rays(well,some of them)have joined the ranks of koi and Asian Arowana as the most expensive freshwater fish.
Koi hobbyist are a different all the way. I seen recently at a breeders auction in Japan that there are people with so much disposable income, that could feed a household for 3 years for 1 koi.
Same mindset as someone who would spend $100 million on a painting.
Wow,never heard of that one.At least the painting will not drop dead at some point but will live on for years if not destroyed somehow.
