People living in this house would agree with you. He's a hit to say the least. While I'm sure the 1500 is the biggest tank he's ever been in I'm sure he'd enjoy something a bit larger. He's bulky and would be very happy in a HUGE confines! The curator of the Zoo sounded somewhat excited about him this morning, he's supposed to be calling me back this afternoon! He told me they're getting in some red tail giant gouramis and they've got another like Bert that he said could use some company!

I'm not that bad. I saved Bert from a 30 long it was temporarily housed in. Before that Bert was in a 75. I tried to do a good deed by keeping it in the 210 until I could find it a better home.

Bert could still be the mascot even if living at the zoo. He's a prime example of the work you do and stands out as one of those "lovable uglies" we are so fond of.
