They are not aggressive at all but could very well be when they get bigger.

Heckelii are looking good peathenster! Mine are roughly the same size and are not aggressive at all either, yet. It's hard to sit back and watch those threads grow isn't it?!?! You did an awesome job putting a progressive thread together. :D

How big are yours? Do the red trailers have anything to do with sex? I have one around 4.5", and he only has two red trailers. Though they are very long, around two inches. They stick out well behind his tail. They are shorter in this pic as it is an older one, but as you can see it has no where near as many as yours.

My plan is not to let them be the dominant fish in the tank...ever...so they don't get aggressive. They are in with a giant pair of psittacus so my plan is going to work for a while :D
