African Dwarf Frog Laying on Back 2 Days Now

Quick question ..I have two African Dwarf Frogs in my tank along with other community fish...and this is the second night now that I have noticed one of them laying on its back, motionless. I did some research that it could be a sign its ready to lay eggs, but its happened twice now. Any thoughts?
