I attended a talk by an expert on the peacock types, who collects them himself in Africa.
He said unless you know provenance, or location capture points, it is (as james99 said) impossible to tell females apart.
He always keeps his wild caught peacocks in separate tanks, due to the difficulty in IDing once combined, and the probability of hybridization if allowed to be mixed.
Unless you received yours from a breeder who also keeps strict controls, and separation, any name suggested will only be a wild guess.
