Ammonia is back into the safe area, only lost the 4. Still looking into the cause, as being a ammonia based cleaner inside the drum.
The white drum, possibly source of ammonia.
Lights were over grown with algea reducing output.
Diffuser bar at 30% flow.
New bar full flow.
Green slime algae coated screen, except lower middle spot, lights not powerful enouph from scum build up.

Lost 6 of the pseudo trophus , Blue dark bands. The grumpy fish.
Notice the fry under the rock in the foreground.
They all survived, and the female is holding eggs today.
Nitrates 18ppm
Ammonia 0ppm
The four ten watt chips, are still clean, in the fluidized scrubber tank. The dry are twice as big as the ones in my other grow out tank, as they eat algea that grows from the scrubber.
3 days of growth, after cleaning LED light, and air diffuser.
The high ammonia spike put a hole in the first alert indicator.
About 3/8" inch strands.
Hi Mark. I've been following since the beginning although I'm still not sure what I'm looking at. I'm lowkey hoping you'll come up with a cookie cutter nitrate filter. You might be able to market your experience...
I am showing how fast algea will grow back after cleaning a mineral screen. The plastic canvas screens, take a solid week to be usable as a filter after a heavy cleaning.
