hehe imagine that....powdered protein that you could put into tanks to "buff" up your fish. Or even better, fish steroids.

I am from Washington DC, and as a child I bought 3 juvenile giant red snakeheads for $6 dollars a piece at The Prince George's Plaza petstore in Maryland back in 1989. All three of them were escape artists and threw themselves overboard. Since then, they were banned. Anyone know where to find a live specimen in the U.S.?

I believe you C.micropeltes and C.diplogramme is not the same species. If some use the distribution to identify in species.But I believe there are more reason to explain.

Hi there! Png here, I'm new to this site! found it while browsing thru some video and found this site :) I do owned 3 Chana Micropeltes(Juvenile bout 7 inches). Me live in Malaysia! we have abundant of these fishes :) we do love to eat snakeheads but not as I heard off people consume Giant snakeheads... those we consider as food is the smaller type we called them "Haruan" in Malay. :) hope can share more to you guys later! :)
