That's just a morph of the Ocellatus, they aren't really a naturally occuring oscar, they were bred in a farm, albino oscars would not last long in the wild due to their bright colors
 
Dont want to play Devils Advocate here but that Rubro Oscar will not look the same after it grows up. They lose most of the pattern as they grow. So dont feel so bad you dont reside in the far east.
