i dunno what it was...maybe there was something in the tanks because they were all new...weird..

power outage late night maybe... ug that would be obvious though by looking at your micro/stove clocks.

sorry bout your fishies.. restocking is kinda fun, a dwarf cichlid tank would be beautiful =P

I know google is my friend. Don't throw out useless facts if you can't back it up.

lol I don't care about the information I want you to back up your statements. Again, how is an Oscar dirtier than a Red Devil, Midas, or Dovii? A Large cichlid will consume more and produce more waste. An Oscar is NO different then any other large cichlid. Also, I know what this site has to offer. I have been on it for quite some time and have read enough threads to know what I am talking about.

If I see more personal arguments coming in and out, they'll be dealt with. Stop the arguments now please.

Wow, that is a real bummer.

Was everybody fine last night? How long has the tank been established? Any signs of parasites/disease? Any uneaten food in the tank?

It sounds like it could have been a low-oxygen situation, it's hard to tell.

I would tear down, clean, and completely re-cycle your tank before you get any new fish, just in case it was some nasty disease.

yeah i shall see how things go...my oscar was in a 110gal with a few polys then in another 100gal i had 5 angels and i had two 200gals and a couple of 50gals with some grow out loaches.

Wow you have alot of nice size tanks! Im so sorry for the loss of all youre fish. Atleast you are able to start fresh now. Airfreshners and windex is horrible and kills alot of fish...just a thought.

How long have the tanks been running?
