AMAZON TREE BOA (halloween phase)

Picked up a baby "halloween phase" ATB today at the venomous herp show for dirt cheap a fitting non-venomous snake to be at a venomous show..lol I have been working back into snakes again since selling all my venomous collection in 2004 and have actually been looking for some decent priced halloween ATBs to get back into the groove of things..I used to keep ATBs just to keep me on my toes with the hot herps...gotta love lil snakes with big attitude! got some other goodies,but will post them up once they are in their enclosures...anyway heres some pics:

heres a few of his and a future paludarium that is going to house some special herps/fish/ect....1st are the baby ATB enclosure...then the paludarium...and last a couple more ATB shots.

Nice man. I use to have a halloween phase ATB as well...they are some mean SOBs...

I heard they lost their pattern when they got older and turned to normal "garden phase" so I traded it for some fish...

naaa, true cb produced halloweens generally keep their pattern and eye color ect..some red will fade to white or pink,but the normal garden phase that have color when young do wash out and sometimes looks pretty drab...but still cool corallus! their is alot of new stuff around now with ATBs not just the yellows and oranges..
