These came from COA about 9 months ago. They were about 3" then and are now all 7-9. I believe they are from the import that Rapps brought in. I'd have to check with Dan to be sure about that but I think TUIC is the only one that has brought in colored sagittae in forever. Don't quote me on that though.

It does say TUIC exclusive on Rapps' website but yeah I'm not sure if COA get their stock from him. Yours look great! I have one I got from Rapps not too long ago and he's a stud. Mostly white with black eyes, orange/red fins and hints of blue on the body. A picture wouldn't even do him justice since he looks so different depending on lighting/angle etc.
