Bought me an old school 135g oceanic aquarium was supposed to be a 210g, any way it’s still a nice tank. They don’t make them like this no more, glass has to be an inch thick. Gonna be my new refurbished beani colony tank

B Beani keeper what are the dimensions? could the be the camera angle but looks close to 24"w x 24"h 🤷‍♂️

Either way will be a nice upgrade for the beani pair!

They are 72x18x24. I had one that I bought new in 1994 when I was 20 years old and it was my first 6ft tank. At that time it felt like the largest aquarium ever as most friends that I knew kept 29g’s or the occasional 55g.

I hear they were considered the Cadillac of fish tanks. Even though it’s not what I thought I was buying it’ll work for now. I gotta make more room in here for a new 210G. This time I’m not buying used because I need at least a 210 G. My Fish room is filled to the max now I gotta make everything fit in our dining room. My wife says living room and kitchen are off limits 😉

I could use some input/information on ideas for glass tops to fit this tank. My lfs says I’ll probably have to order a special hinge and have the glass cut to specific from our local Glass company. Gonna be pricey, is there any glass top lids pre manufactured or from factory like aquaon or marine land that might have some that would fit this beast?
