Just depends on the person, i normally monitor my Co2 levels, so never worry about it... Just that one time, but accidents happen...

Just updating this thread since the tanks scape has changed a fair amount and after today will be getting torn down and re-scaped from scratch...

Mainly due to the fact the soil is well over 5 years old...

After many hours finally emptied the tank completely, and till this day im always surprised how much driftwood is in this tank...

And these will most likely be the rocks used with some of the old driftwood in the new scape...

Hardscape sort of completed, just need to see if i really like it, then to add a bit more soil and re-plant...

Haha! My wife is the same. Now she just shakes her head...since I sold my motorcycle, I have the upper hand. Whenever she makes a comment, I'll bring up me giving up all my tanks for a motorcycle, which I never will...case closed. Lol!
