Why would anyone want a 2' + Gulper.... think about it... you stick your hand in the tank with a nice huge Shrimp to feed him.... and you become the subject of the next "Gulper eats thread"... Gulper eats owner... if you look closly you can see him flipping you the bird in side the belly

Wait....

I recently got 2 gulpers and within the first 4 days 4 feeders I put in the tank disappeared since then nothing has changed its been about a week and I was wondering if the feeders are just to fast. Also during the day they do nothing until its dark then the gulpers start to swim which is exactly the opposite from what everyone else has said about their gulpers any ideas?

My gulpers very rarely show interest in feeders, especially if they are small. If you put a good sized fish in there I bet it would be a different story. Gulpers are not fast at all, so if they are going to have to work for their food, they want to make sure it's going to be worth it.

I would try market shrimp as well. You can enrich it and even pack it with pellets and really give you gulpers a high quality diet.

General Rule seems to be the more the fish costs.... the faster a Gulper will eat it
